I'm working with what are turning out to be a pretty good agency.

I can give you some damn good recruitment agencies as well.
Come and work in Edinburgh, dammit!

How hard is it for a 'Yank" to get a work permit in the UK?

Seriously.  I did see a job that I liked in London with a good shop
(they have offices all over including Cambridge, MA, Austin, TX, etc. -
no, not Razorfish) and thought about it but wasn't sure about the
intricacies of obtaining work permits and long term residency in the UK.
