How much does airfare weigh? distance? price? /desire?/ Does the time of
year affect it?

I'm sure we could dig up some algorithms and equations that can model this
(hell, who's to say this hasn't been done before? --I'd bet a donut or two
that it has)

But we could also apply weights (rankings) to the locations as well: In the
example above, Botswana may be the unweighted location, whereas Casablanca
would be the optimal /weighted/ location....
