[thechat] my iMac frightens me...

Dunno about that particular thing, but my lime iMac just had a hard-drive
crash and lost about half the data.  It was only by the grace of Brad in
IT that we were able to salvage anything (namely months three to six in
pictures of Aidan).  Geesh.  Supposedly everything is normal now but I'm
buying a way to backup everything.  Learn the lesson the first time, I
say.
