A friend of mine has a T20 with the really good screen. It's lovely. 
Very light and stiff (especially compared to my PowerBook, which 
feels kind of flimsy). He's had some reliability issues with it 
(mostly windows weirdness with drivers and such - dual boot, RH Linux 
and W2K), but it seems to have been worked out.

It's got a great screen, and he's a bit of a road warrior (customer 
service engineer), so it gets a beating. It works very well with 
WaveLan wireless cards too.

Again - the screen on the T20 is really nice.  I like it. Very 
"dense" and bright.
