[thechat] Configuring Linux-Mandrake 8.0 for Rogers at home (dhcp cable modem)

You should be able to click the Madrake Control Center(or DrakConf) icon and
select Network and Internet Configuration.  From there you can configure any
type of net connection(including cable).  HTH
