I think the PR has done much more damage to Proxima than an
expensive (for Oyster) legal case...

Consulting firms live by reputation - don't have it? No work.
Have it in oodles? You can charge thousands a day per person.

That's the real reason big consulting firms have the swanky
offices (our one in London has a waterfall in the foyer and
a *fantastic* view across the Thames to
http://www.londoneye.com/ ). It gets hammered into you as
a consultant for them - you've reached the Premier League,
so damned well act like it.
