Thanks.  I'm really happy with the way it turned out.  Worked surprisingly 
well for all parties involved (we're happy, client's happy, PR group's 
happy, users are happy, people who've been politicking for one thing or 
another are happy).

And, of course, I completely empathize with your situation.  I think we've 
all been there at some point.
