IIF() is in cold fusion - [ or was? ] - it's in my cheat sheet booklet
grouped under "Dynamic evaluation functions" - it's there with DE(),
Evaluate(), and SetVariable().

It shows the syntax as:

IIf ( condition, string_expression1, string_expression2 )

Maybe that's where you saw it?

I've never used it myself. At least that I can remember.
