Yeah, I was going to pick up on this, but I knew that I didn't have the time
or the research to back me up.  I am a Canadian and I think this article is
not only totally out of context, but solely one man's biased and logically
flawed opinion.

Canada has sent aid to the United States on so many occasions it's not even
funny.  We send our Red Cross experts during all manifests of natural
disasters.  In 1992 we even sent hundreds and hundreds of train cars full of
lumber to help rebuild the South East after Hurricane Hugo. Yesterday our
DART team of earthquake dogs & rescue experts, who found many survivors in
recent quakes in Turkey, were dispatched to New York.

I'm not trying to toot Canada's horn, but I find this article was poorly
referenced and not exactly credible without a date of publication or any
other bibliographical information.

No offence to you Scott, I know what you were trying to do, but if we're
going to be fair, we might as well analyse that article too.
