IIRC, most US airlines already lock the cockpit door.
The last thing they want is a drunken, pissed off 'cause he's going
to miss his connection so I'm gonna give it more gas passenger
barging in.
They've been locking them for a few years, even on domestic flights.
Or so I recall.
