Am I the only person who's noticed that www.fas.org is down?

I did a traceroute, and it ended without resolving properly... but it
didn't time out, either.

How long has this been going on?  Anybody know?

It's only... the best independent third-party resource for background on
many of the issues that have been at the forefront since 11 September...
