I've used Fetch3.03 for a long time and it's never had these

I'm using Fetch 4, which is a great piece of software, but it and
an/inter-archy do unpleasant things with files it thinks are
non-binary. I end up with files with double line breaks, and
php-parser-killing non-ascii characters otherwise.
