Memo from Martin P Burns of PricewaterhouseCoopers

-------------------- Start of message text --------------------

FUD! FUD!

Bit like the eminent brain psychopharmacologist wheeled out by
the BBC breakfast news this morning to say that because cannabis
use by children had a possibly adverse effect on their long-term
development, all drugs are Bad For Everyone.

Sounded more like a cogent argument for "legalise with age controls,
like alcohol" to me...

Cheers
Martin
