actually the truth is that I sucked at Frontier. I made Elite eventually
in Elite, but never got the hang of the new flight/combat in Frontier --
a shame as the game was much richer with the missions and mining etc.
But I handed over to my younger brother and got into painting about that
time :)

But I still get nostaligic about those completely absorbing games (or
times).
These days when I play at all, I've been getting into the Exiles series.
Sophistication is not what I'm after, just a simple game that takes your
mind off things.
