Absolutely, Dave.

Sadly I'm not at home (won't be until tomorrow late) so don't have
the reference, but there's been plenty of evidence that consent
(certainly in the US, and I'd say in the UK) is manufactured.

limit the supposedly universal franchise. And we won't even mention
