Do ya reckon smack will take away the nicotine cravings? It's gotta be
worth a hit ...

I figure cold turkey is the way to go, mainly because I'm approaching this
from a mind over matter perspective, and that's the only way I'll be
satisfied with beating it.

I haven't eaten so far today, and it's after 7pm. It's really funny making
a mental note of how productive I've been at work today (4 days of somebody
else's work cleared in just under 2 and a half hours), yet how my attention
span has just dropped to zero.

This isn't the first time I've tried to quit something addictive, but at
least with Quake I could just un-install it.

Ghhhn. Arggh. Mmmmf.

Seb.
