hey folks,

i've got a dj-mix CD that I'm hoping to rip into a single mp3. (after 
ripping, i'd like to have a single file representing the entire disc, as 
opposed to individual tracks.)

any recommendation on how best to do this? I generally use the newest 
iTunes for ripping, but can switch software as needed (Mac or PC).

on a related note: what's the method of choice for mixing several mp3's 
into a single mp3, as if you were creating a mix tape?
