wow, that's the first I've heard of that term.

I think those cars look cool. I mean, your car is your war pony,
right? It should be a unique expression of who you are, not some
stupid generic metal box.

My ride is a hybrid mama's car (kids car seat in back and crumbs
everywhere) and Indian car (regalia hanging from the rear-view
mirror--in my case dentalium--but more common is an eagle feather or
traditional basketry). (sorry, Madhu. blame Columbus.)

And I got a crooked apple G4 sticker on the back bumper.

Here's a good song. It was featured in a pretty decent Canadian
movie called "Dance Me Outside."

Sun of Indian Car
Music and Lyrics by: Keith Secola

Been driving in my indian car
hear the pound of the wheels
drumming in my brain
Dash is dusty, plates are expired
please mr. officer let me explain
Gotta make it to a pow wow tonight
sober 49, down by the riverside
looking for a sugar
riding in my Indian Car
My car is dented,
the radiator steams
headlight don't work,
radio can scream
got a sticker says "Indian Power"
on my bumper,
holds my car together
We're on a circuit on an
Indian dream
we don't get old, just get younger
flying down the highway
riding in r NDN Cars
