Depends on what you know. I stick with LILO because I like it, and because 
it works a treat with Mandrake.

Zoinks. I've heard awesome things about Evolution, but not tried it yet. I 
found KMail way too sucky, so I stayed with Mozilla's mail client (which is 
getting so much better as time goes on).
