There is a Cairo, Georgia (pronounced Kay-Row), where there's a major processing plant for Kayro Syrup (also pronounced Kay-Row). Although I'm from Ett-lanna (with a nearly silent second t), I've actually been to Cairo, since an old cycling buddy of mine was from there.
