It's a female vocalist.

It can be construed as "western music" about any way you chop it up.

It's very catchy and would be the type of tune someone could remember
two years after incidentally hearing it on TV.

If not ... Syed, can you transcribe music ... as Martin suggested,
this is the type of thing music notation is made for.
