that was some wierd analogy !
here are some "syringes"  though:

Strictly speaking you could use any hex editor like hex workshop ,
ultraedit or hiew 5, or even the dos debug.exe can be used.....to look at
the 1s & 0s (blood)

there are some assembly level (blood vessel ?)  'disassemblers' around :
Win32 disassembler 8.93 (dont know the website , yu can search for it
though..)
IDA Pro (www.datarescue.com , disassembles all kinds of exectuables win32 ,
unix, java class files... etc..)
