Yep, that's where I started too. Picking listings from Your Sinclair
magazine and bashing them into a rubber keyed speccy only to spend hours
with a BASIC manual trying to correct the transcription errors. (Especially
touch in peek and poke calls.)

Of course, once I'd mastered that, it was back to the ZX81. Mmmmmmmm...

For those that find this kind of thing nostalgic, my current personal
project might be something of an interesting trip down memory lane. (As
long as it's only 1K of memory.)

Hehe. And here I am spending the next two weeks writing a PERL CMS.
