Which part is offensive?  Ruttling and Strife and IPA?  Or the US stupid
part?  Either way, I don't find either offensive - but I'm not sure what
Ruttling is, so maybe that's it.

I don't think we should choose sigs to be non-offensive, but if a member
finds them so, we should change it. Maybe change it to something about
Tony Blair and buttercups.

Not quite sure what that means, but I caught a giggle.  Could be the IPA.
