[thechat] About.com decides to spam too

Hey all.

Some of you may have received this from About.com
They've gone the "Yahoo! way" and decided to spam their newsletter
subscribers. The email quoted below essentially says that they'll send ads
out "periodically" that "feature highly relevant offers and services from
partners that we think will interest you." In other words, they'll send you
ads without your permission.

Times are tough, I guess...
