Doh!  Better check your memory chips, they're losing some 1s and 0s.  ;-)
I'm the one who plays Ultimate twice a week.  Dex (currently MIA) also
plays, but I'm not sure if he's in any league.

I play in a 5 on 5 league and a true Ultimate 7 on 7 league. It's a lot of
fun and really works your cardiovascular system.  Sadly it also takes its
toll on your knees if you don't work on you lower body muscles during the
off season.

My team Spank, is playing a big game tonight that determines if we go in to
the playoffs in the top four.  Should be interesting.
