Heh. You obviously haven't lived in Alaska. Heck, after a whole winter of
sub-zero temperatures, 0 feels downright balmy. I remember many times where
we went outside in t-shirts to play football in the snow during recess. I
think the mosquitos are a *far* bigger reason to be wary of skin-baring
outdoor recreation.
