[thechat] Leak in m_Matrix

Hello Everybody,
Some days ago when I disconnected my computer from internet, suddenly a blue
screen came with a message in its centre. The message was in white colour and it
said "Warning: Leak in m_Matrix". I can't remember the exact wordings but I am
sure about three words "Leak in m_Matrix". I searched Google and spent a lot of
time but couldn't get any relevant information. Can somebody here help me?
What is meant by "Leak in m_matrix"?
Why is it caused?
