[thechat] type=file query

Hi,
As in case of  text type we use

<input type="text" name="name" size="20" value="anil">

and it prints 'anil' in the text area.

how can we achieve similar think in type ="file"
 i tried :
<input type = 'file' name = 'hyper' value = 'anil' >
but i doesnt work!!
