[thechat] windows/outlook question

My girlfriend uses a Windows 2k laptop at home, and is trying to get
Outlook (her default mail client) to respond to "mailto:" links. As
things stand, every time she clicks on one, stupid old Outlook
Express opens.

I've looked at everything I can figure, and still can't get it to work.

What's the solution? What should I be checking?
