Hello Everybody,
Two days ago, my friend came to visit me. We had a little discussion about
internet rates also. His opinion was that we pay much more than many other
countries for internet access.
Since that discussion, I have been wondering about internet access rates in
other countries. My questions are:
Do you pay for internet access? (at home)
If yes, then how much?
Is there any free internet access in your country for home users?
