US:
Typical unlimited dial-up access is $18 to $22 per month.
Typical cable modem access is $25 to $50 per month.
DSL access is priced by the speed of the connection, from $25 to
$75 per month.

There are lower cost plans for lower usage. There used to be a few
free access providers, but I don't know of any that are still
available.
