Wait till you have the garbage that passes for "Chinese" in India. It's the
"currification" of Chinese cuisine. You usually get chunks of batter-fried
[food item] floating in a curry-like ocean of sauce thickened with lots of
cornflour. Yech!

I was going to explain more, but the thought brought forward so much rage
that I couldn't. :D
