RE: Sniper:
As for the sniper - my sister lives a mile away from the home depot
where one of them happened. she's so on edge. the odds of getting shot
are low - how many million people in the DC area? but still, things are
on edge. she describes friends, and herself, keeping moving when doing
things like putting gas in their car.
