I am *so* not buying this troll thing, dude :-)

But just in case I'm wrong,

In rough foreign equivalents:

Republicans == UK Thatcherite Conservatives,
               Kohl-ite German CDU, etc

Democrats   == No UK equivalent.  Quite like the
               German Free Democrats or Aussie Labor
               Party (corporate-friendly, post-sell-out,
               wish-they-were-worker-friendly, self-
               perception doesn't stand up to reality).

Yeah, by those defs the UK Labour Party'd be like the
Democrats, but even our lot aren't quite as spineless.

Yet.
