It's a quote from The Big Lebowski, cited a post earlier by David Wagner,
and is a superb bowling movie, amongst other things, and not many movies can
carry that label.

And in checking the movie again, I find it's a mis-quote on my part.

Context: The Dude (the main character, played by Jeff Bridges), is bowling
in a league game with his two friends (Walter and Donny, played by John
Goodman and Steve Buscemi respectively), against Jesus Quintana (played by
John Turturro, named as in the Hispanic usage of the name) and his bowling
partner.

Walter has a gun with him at the bowling alley, and Jesus gets a bit irate
about it.

Jesus: "Let me tell you something, pendejo, you pull any of your crazy
shit with us, you flash your piece out on the lanes, I'll take
it away from you and stick it up your ass and pull the f---ing
        trigger 'till it goes click!"
 Dude: "Jesus!"
Jesus: "You said it man. Nobody f---s with the Jesus."

Simple, huh?
