Not sure there is, beyond "more work needed to confirm", although given
that before this and the other 2 studies cited (all of which have the same
results), the medical establishment hasn't really done *any* work on the
diet, and has therefore been condemning it out of hand.
Interestingly, the feeling of the drug companies is that cholesterol
levels (not sure which type of cholesterol but presumably LDL) aren't
really significantly impacted by diet.
