My daughter loves barbie.com.  For one thing, you can navigate
without having to be able to read to use the site.  It changes
constantly.  You do need the latest plug-ins, but you can use the
site and all the games just fine on a 56k connection.  It's a
fantastic site, actually, if 6-10 year old girls are your intended
audience.
