Hmm.. I remember reading about the ACCC fighting the matter at court,
and winning in favour of mod chips. Come to Australia, the land of Alan
Fels, if they're shut down where you live. Alan Fels is our hero! Go
Alan! (Hmm... It probably helps this whole thing if you've seen and
