I always feel like we're sitting at a lovely bar, and someone throws in a
nugget like "i just heard the color orange is communist - what do you
socialists think of that?" - it becomes a giant muddy thing.

okay, my metaphor sucks. but I know I avoid many threads i think are not
going to lead anywhere.
