And now that you've mentioned fast food before 9am, I am now forced to go
out into the biting cold (-9 deg celcius here overnight, which is bloody
cold for us urban Scots, believe it or not) and go to McDonalds for some
sausage and egg McMuffins!  ALMOST as good as a roll and square (lorne)
sausage with brown sauce on it - w00t.  Hmmm, there's a burger van down in
an industrial estate not far from here which does a pretty good roll and
sausage ... I may have to peruse this avenue of munchiedom in lieu of the
(tasty nonetheless) McDonalds approach ...

Ken, you have me strategising my brekkie munchies - I don't know whether to
