True. Example - cranberries. She put a load of recipes in one
winter-themed cookbook, and sales rocketed (Cranberry based stuff seems to
be de rigeur these days at Christmas).

It helps that she's married to the MD of Sainsburys... Insider trading
anyone?

In her day, she was a revolutionary TV cook.
