As someone that works with doctor offices every week, in addition to
the details Bob mentioned, I find a few other things really
interesting about her practice.
1 - she doesn't accept any insurance plans - cash only. If only
    more practices did this...
2 - she has designed a $1500 yearly fee for your entire care, no
    matter how many visits you want/need. This also includes
    group weight-loss sessions.
3 - she's obviously financially successful. that's cool.
4 - she has "the smallest index finger in town."

She'd be my doctor if I lived near there.
