Hi Madhu

You can tell I'm tired (even though I had over 8 hours sleep last
night....an unusual event for me) because I didn't include everything I
meant to in the email.  The dish claimed to be an invention of the Raj,
rather then a traditional Indian dish.  I'm terrible at articulating things
from my head so I'm going to email my gf and get her to describe the taste
for me :)
