Not from the Democrats, that's for sure...Joseph Lieberman again? Al Sharpton?

2004 is going to be a weird election year. Dubya's actually been falling
in the polls, his approval rating is at the lowest point since 9-11. But,
the Democrats aren't really fielding any serious challengers (yet). Dubya
may win by default... It could be one of the best year for third-party
candidates on record (maybe).

The Republican Party won't field any serious rivals to GW and the Democrats
will have no clear leader and will tear themselves apart in the primaries
(just like 2000).

Ben's Wild Prediction(tm): Dubya loses popular vote but wins electoral
college...again...except this time both Republicans and Democrats miss 45%
of the popular vote (they got 47-48% in 2000). Third parties combine
almost 10%, Nader easily gets the 5% needed to bring federal funding to the
Green Party, but doesn't win any state.

So, Bush (R) in a squeaker at the line over Lieberman (D), Nader (G) to
Show. Following Election Day, the race is still hotly contested,
especially when many of the new electronic voting stations are called into
question concerning their accuracy.

You heard it here first. :)
