Chef Opens Hotline for Kitchen Conundrums

DUBLIN (Reuters) - Home cooks in Ireland who get into a
stew over tough turkeys or sagging souffles can now ring
a 24-hour emergency Dial-A-Chef helpline.
The service, which costs 1.90 euros ($2.04) per minute,
was set up last week by Eugene McSweeney, a chef with 40
years experience, and is already steaming ahead.
