[thechat] Help: Auto-Restart>Attempt Again>Failed>Shut Down

Hello Everybody,
First of all, let me confess that I have no comprehensive information about the
computer hardware dealing.
Today while reading a CNN news article off-line, computer automatically tried to
restart; but failed. It attempted again but couldn't and finally shut down. I
turned off power from main power socket. Turned on power after two minutes and
tried start computer by pressing Power button on CPU. It tried to start but
failed and shut down again. I turned off main power again. After ten minutes I
started my PC again. It gave no problem. It ran scan-disc as a result of
unconventional shut down and loaded Windows in a normal, usual way and now I am
writing a mail to you guys.
*Can somebody figure out the problem with my PC?*
At the first attempt of auto-restart, I had two windows opened.
I have Win 98 SE with Cyrix MII 333 MHz processor with 64 MB cache memory and 60
MB available RAM.
