Be careful to get the point of the article: it's not saying "There
isn't a correlation between amount of education and income" ... rather,
it's saying "The study released by the government does not show that
obtaining a higher education _causes_ higher incomes."

And it's correct. You can't get blood from a stone, etc etc.
