"Character Entity References" previous to HTML 4.0
Consequently, "Netscape 7.0" ignores html "Symbol" and the mathematical
symbols do not appear correctly on the Web.
However, everything appear correctly on all these pages, if you use Browser
"Netscape 4.6" or any other browser such as "Explorer" etc.

the guy may know physics -- he has an Order of Canada, not easy to come
by -- but getting a modern browser to display a particular character set is
apparently so tough that he cannot do it!!!
