The great thing about these protests is that people are caring enough
about something, being informed enough about an issue, that they are
shaking off the malaise and going out and doing *something*.

Absolutely. I favor doing *something* when something needs to be
done. And if something doesn't need to be done right now, when
*does* something need to be done?

I think that coordinating massive protests with the start of an a
very public attack of one nation against another... is something
worth doing. It should have happened before. I'm glad it's
happening now.

This is what globalization means to me. The people of the world
stand up together for the collective support of humanity and I hope
against the the grabbing and greed of our "leaders." It is a global
world and global crimes must to be addressed, globally, by human
beings who just want to see their kids (and future generations) grow
up with the opportunity for a healthy and happy life. This is a
worthy goal, it is an extremely worthy cause to stand up for.

The human masses are the pawns, players, and collateral causalities.
That's us. Common people have the most to loose and the least to gain
in this game.

Our world is far more terrifying than it needs to be. We can do *something.*
